As someone who recently moved to the area, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to get an appointment at Arsenal Modern Dentistry. Because of the short wait time, I went in feeling a bit skeptical and cautious, but I left with an overwhelmingly positive impression. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The office is clean, bright, and welcoming, with the added convenience of free covered parking. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. This same member even took the time to recommend a few local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch for someone new to town. The dental assistant was outstanding. He clearly explained each step of the process, what tests would be performed, and what to expect throughout the appointment. His knowledge and professionalism were impressive, and it's easy to see why he'll do well in dental school. Dr. Pearson took the time to review my X-rays and discuss my concerns without ever making me feel pressured. He presented different treatment options, answered my questions honestly, and even recommended consulting an orthodontist for a more specialized assessment when I asked about Invisalign. I appreciated his transparency and patient-centered approach. My dental hygienist, Natalie, was equally wonderful. She listened carefully to my concerns about sensitivity and adjusted the cleaning accordingly to make the experience as comfortable as possible. She was thorough, attentive, and genuinely cared about my comfort. Overall, I feel very confident in the care I received and would highly recommend Arsenal Modern Dentistry to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate dental team. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary treatments—just well-informed and genuinely cared for.

I hadn’t been to the debris in a while during Covid. Dr. Riedel didn’t judge or shame me for it. I had to get a couple fillings and they were the smoothest and most painless fillings I’ve had. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist.
